Formerly owned by Irwin Raymer, one of the stars of the long-running Animal Planet reality show “Tanked,” which follows the exploits of one of the largest aquarium builders in the U.S. Massive $40,000+ (his cost as a principal in the business - your cost would be hundreds of thousands more) fish tank inside this $1,696,000 home listed with Nickolas Abendroth of Signature Real Estate Group.

Offered here is a huge home aquarium system including the tank, its contents, a variety of aquarium supplies and its plumbing, pumping, filtration and electrical systems. This tank was, until recently, home aquarium system of Irwin Raymer, aka "The General" of the Animal Planet aquarium show "Tanked".

The tank and its entire plumbing system is superflous to the new owners' plans for the house so this amazing system, which originally cost some $40,000 according to Raymer, is now available for your home or business!

The measurements in the pictures are from exterior corner to exterior corner. Depending on the exact thickness of the acrylic, this means a tank volume is approx. 600 gallons. According to Raymer, t
he indoor aquarium, which was mounted in the kitchen, has a “lost city of Atlantis” motif, with custom inserts created by Raymer’s company, Acrylic Tank Manufacturing.

The featured photo shows the aquarium as it was installed in Raymer's home. The decorative wood framing the aquarium is NOT included in the sale. The buyer will be able to frame the aquarium in whatever they decide fits their home or business.

What do the tanks on tanked cost?
The more unusual the tank and its contents, the higher its price. They can start at about $5,000 for a 10-gallon tank and reach $1 million or more for a 5,000-gallon one or larger that has rare fish.
